Team Yola!!! I don't know what you have upgraded but for some reason I can't move any of the widgets or add new well anything...Please Help!!! Thanks LMP Boutique

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. Can you please let me know what browser and version you are using?

Also, have you been able to try the usual steps of clearing the cache to see if this helps?

Wow! I don't guess my other posts got posted ...I have the new google chrome which yola was working great with until the upgrade and I also kept internet explore and yola isn't working with it either I have cleared both the cache and cookies etc.. and still nothing it's acting like when I grab lets say the widget I go to put it on my site to apply the code and it just doesnt show up or the column thing that doesnt work either

Sanja, i am using Firefox latest version which I always use. Was fine before your latest addition today. HELP

Yup, freezes up and page says "Done". Then the widget appears somewhere else and you can't get it off the mouse, yet it doesn't go anywhere it's supposed to. I've rebooted, cleared, reloaded, logged back in.....I guess I will have to hope for a fix for tomorrow morning. Yola = Love y'all but this is horrible. Have a good night.

um the browser I use is google chrome and ...what do you mean by version? I switch to google chrome right after the outage yola had everything has been working great until the changes you guys made a little bit ago.

oh and yes I did clean out the cache on google chrome..still nothing

This is awful! So slow and the widgets don't load. Clearing it does nothing. I have so much to do.....please Yola fix it!!!! It was better before.

I'm wondering.. can you please try adding a new widget and see if that helps to improve the ability to move the widgets around?

Sanja, not sure if this is resolved yet. That's the issue. Can't add a new widget. It bogs downs when you drag it and then the image sticks to the mouse cursor. When you try to place it where you want it it doesn't go and then you can't get it off the cursor. Then it appears somewhere totally where you don't want it. It's like it's hanging up. Thanks!

Thanks guys for all this information. We are looking into this and we will try to have this resolved as soon as we can. I know that this is quite frustrating and inconveniencing. I do apologize!

Hi Thomas - could you post your site's URL as well as let us know which pages of your site are affected? If you could also describe what you're trying to do and what goes wrong so that we can troubleshoot this further.

My site isn't published, still working on it but it seems to be broken :( I posted on another thread that I 'used' to have an animated graphic banner now it hiccups then freezes, the scroll bar down the bottom of the page is dancing a treat, I have a message saying "done but with errors" , I can't find any 'email' feature??? I am using IE8 and was working in my site yesterday/last night.

**The hiccupping freezing banner of mine is happening in both the site builder and when I preview.

Thank you good people, oh btw - thank you for the CLOSE button when you preview :)

I just wanted to make a comment on this thread. I am not 100% sure what is going on yet, but due to the high number of complaints there definitely seems to be a problem with saving pages. It is not 100% "replicatable," but we have seen the problem on our end a couple of times, and there are enough users reporting it that we are sure there is a bug. We do not know if it is related to the most recent release, but given the timing this is certainly possible.

All I can tell you at this point is that we are looking into it. Support is contributing by making careful note of all affected users, and any relevant details that they may share with us. The engineers who are currently awake are helping us think through this as much as they can, but the key people who need to look at this are in San Francisco and asleep at this time. We have decided not to wake them because they were up late working on the release and they need to be rested before they can work productively on this elusive bug.

So very sorry for the delays and we will update you as soon as we have any further info.
