Hello Carlos

I have checked the two Yola accounts where you have your domains. The reason why your websites are offline is that your Yola Bronze hosting packages have expired for both accounts, and therefore your Yola accounts have been downgraded to Yola Free which doesn't allow for publishing to a custom domain name.

Your domain subscription is still valid, but you will also need running hosting packages in order to use your custom domains to publish your websites.

In order to renew your hosting packages, please log into your Yola account, and click on the "Upgrade" button in the top right corner, following the further steps. Or click on "Account" in the left-hand side menu, and then on "Upgrade" next to your package name ("Free").

Please note that your domain will expire on 27 December this year, so you will need to manually renew this domain as well. On your My Yola dashboard, please click on "Domains", and then on "Renew" next to your domain name, following the further prompts.
