Hello everyone,
We wanted to alert you to some technical difficulties we are currently experiencing. If you are finding that you cannot login to your account, this is why. Our engineers are working on this as quickly as they can and we will keep you up to date here on this thread.

Hi Jed,
We're working as fast as we can and are hoping to have this all remedied soon. I will let you know when we have a time frame, shouldn't be too long though. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the update onlinevib. Can you please try to clear the cache in Firefox (Mozilla) and see if that resolves the problem? If it does not, please let us know.

I log in every day 2 or 3 times and I ́ve never had problems. Yes, I'm having problems when I publish the website, it work well but doesn't do it properly in an onother words sometimes stay the same way than before publishing.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Can you please tell me what your domain name is as well as a page and a few specific instances of something that has not publishes properly, we can then have a closer look. Thanks!

Can't log in,

Was working earlier but now screen says log in errors try again, to no avail.

Every time I log in an go to a website it says that there is a problem of some sort and the widgets don't appear also It won't let me publish to the web thanks (PS Been goin on for a few weeks) Thanks

Hello Twedeebirds,

It looks like you have either copied some text from MS Word or added some Custom Code which has broken the page.

if this is the case, you should send an email to support@yola.com and they should be able to fix it for you!
