As I have explained in my email, the Yola Call Centre telephonic support does exist, however, there are certain hours of operation. To reiterate, the Call Centre hours are from 15h00 - 01h00 SAST from Monday to Friday. The toll-free number to call is 0800 921 425.
Our response times for Yola Silver members is within 24 hours via email and the Call Centre has an average answering speed of 00:00:01.
