Hi Harry,

Currently Yola only accepts payments via credit card or PayPal. If you have a credit card available to use, you can select USD as the currency for your purchase, and your INR will converted to the USD at the daily rate of exchange.

Offering local currencies and payment methods is something that we would like to include in the future (especially to India!), however at the moment we do not have this facility available.

I hope that you will be able to find a payment method suitable to you. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks!
Jackie

Dear Jackie,

This problem has come of with the Indian Customers. Sometimes ago Indian Govt only allowed for Credit/ Debit Card Transaction only with Verfied by VISA & MasterCard 3D Secure system.

Alongwith Paypal due to regulation in India has stopped for paying through Balance in Paypal Funds.

There may be some home for my Friend Hridya which I am explaining below but Jackie Yola should find an answer for Indian Customers thats we sincelrely request & hope that will soon be available.

Any way Yola is Best Hridya that I can guarantee. I been on Yola for 2 Years of now and really enjoying being a part of Yola.

Hridya,

If you have your Credit/ Debit Card then I can tell you a option how to Purchase or Renew your domain. through yola.

Go to Entropay & open an account. Since new account there may be some restrctions. To remove restrctions they will ask for Verification Documents like Passport/ National Photo ID Card (Pan Card may work) and recent utility bill which you had to provide.

After Verfication work will over then you can upload funds through Indian Credit/ Card Card passing through Verfied by Visa or 3D Secure platform in Entropay. Use Entropay Card which will be alloted to you on your name to pay for your domain.

P.S. Upload Funds attract fees of 6 to 7% of Load Ammount.

Hope this will work for you.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Abhisek,

Thank you for this information. Entropay looks like a fantastic way to make a payment using a debit card, and I hope that other Yola customers will also be able to utilize it too!
