Temporarily unpublish?

Have just completed a new domain name & website & have published it on the web to get feed-back from some invited viewers. We had many suggestions & we now have it fine tuned. Now, we would like to not have it on the web until our business is 100% ready to do business (probably another 2 months). Is there a way I can temporarily unpublish without losing all our information & starting over?

Hello BlackIron Trailers,

You can unpublish your site following these directions. the data is retained in your yola account and can be republished at anytime.

Having said this and read what you are doing I may reconsider your position. Once a site is published it generally takes some time to be indexed by search engines, even several months and can be frustrating. In the lead time there are not likely to be new visitors to your site because they will have no way to know its existence.

You can use this period to allow the Search engines to index your site and hopefully this will coincide with your release. I think it's a win situation to consider.
