TERRIBLE AVOID THEY DON'T CARE OR RESPOND

So far i have been a customer for 3 years. There is no way to get any form of support anymore they don't offer service liker the their competitors where you can call them. I submitted a request to get my payment through as they were having an issues due to internal payment rules. 4 weeks later still not resolved. Its a really really poor service and they just do n seem to care about their customers! Not one attempt to contact me or reply and quite frankly i am sick of waiting. Disgusting service! AVOID!!!

I see you just submitted a support request a few minutes ago and our payments department is in the process of responding.

I am very sorry that you did not receive a response to your first email.  It was sent during our annual holiday break and you should have received an automated response informing you of this and advising you on how to get assistance during this time.  If for any reason you did not get this message I apologise!

I submitted a request for assistance as i am trying to pay for silver membership and it keeps stating its unable to do so due to yola internal payment. I submitted this on the 4th January it is disgraceful that not one attempt has been made to contact me to rectify this issue.
