terrible customer service experience

Today I received an email from Yola confirming that all the issues reported by me yesterday have been solved.

However, I have just checked those pages and with my big disappointment nothing has changed.

This is definitely the worst Customer Experience I have ever had.

I am really sorry that you have had a terrible customer service experience.  I can assure you that our team is doing their utmost to assist you and if we have failed in this regard we deeply regret this.

I had a look at the case you opened yesterday and I see Rodvan informed you that he had worked on your site but asked for further clarification on one of the pages.  Thank you for providing the information requested.

We have taken a further look and think some invalid markup in your code (missing <div> tags) was still causing problems.

I would like to stress that we are by no means certain that we have fixed anything but we hope that we have made an improvement.  We will respond to your support case shortly. Please check the affected pages and send us feedback on any outstanding issues on your support ticket so that we can investigate further if needed.  

It would really help us out if you could stick to one support case to avoid any confusion as we try to work through this with you.
