Text Continues past page edge!

I hate having problems, I also don't like having to ask all the time, but I have a tiny amount of experience and so I don't know how to deal with these problems but coming here always fixes them.

After publishing my site once, suddenly all the lines of text that usually carry over to the next line suddenly didn't and carried past the edge of the page and making a scroll bar at the bottom to move horizontally. Did this happen because there was too much text or something?

Thanks

Hey Sajid

Open your text widget and delete the following (it should be in red)

That should make your page show normally again...

Happy site building
Ed

Oh it was that, I had added alt-0160 blanks to make a space area between two parts. Thanks for your quick answer!

But this makes a new problem, how can I make a space between 'Please give me your feedback! I value and respect it.' and Forum or The Guide? I know that I could maybe add a picture of blank white, but is there another way?
It's here mid page in from the bold italic writing and below it:

Just add a positive value to the top margin settings of the two column widget which contains the "The forum", "The guide" and the "Links"

Alternatively, you could simply add some blank spaces in the text widget. Just hit the enter key a few times...
