Why is it that when using the text widget adding your text when pressing 'Enter' CHR$(13) it causes a wide space between the lines? Even if you paste your text. eg.......

This is my first line off text (press enter)

This is my second line of text here....
waz up with that (eh?)

Hi Frank,

Emmy over 3 years ago

If this is in a text widget could you try clicking on the little html icon on the edit bar. The ones that are double spaced look like they are in paragraph format which is designated like this in html < p >. Please take a look at the html and see if the ones that look like they are double spaced begin with something like this < p > and end with < / p >. If they do, you could take it out and then it will look like the others.

Hope this gem helps.

Hello Frank

The paragraph spacing is pre-set by the Style you are using. If you have Yola Silver, you can change this using the Site CSS overrides feature.

But you can also manually control the spacing of your paragraphs within the Text Widget. If you hold the shift key and press enter, the next paragraph will be right in the next line without a larger distance.

Please let us know if you have more questions on this.
