That sounds most annoying! We have had a number of users complain of this, but so far we have been unable to replicate on our side, which is why our engineers can't fix the bug.

If you are willing, please drop us an email at support@yola.com. We would like to set up a screen sharing session with you so that we can see the bug in action as this will be extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem.

The internal links aren't always working on one of my customer's pages. I tried recreating the page in a new text box and carefully adding the links again. This initially seemed to fix the problem, but the links stopped working again. It seems to randomly choose which links to make active. To get the links to work, I had to delete the last letter of each link, add it back in, recreate the link. This seems to have worked for now, but I'd like to understand why it is doing this. Any ideas?

Just wanted to say that using the Firefox browser causes problems sometimes when I try to add links. To solve this, after clicking the link button I have to then click over the picture or start of the text where I wish to create the link to make sure the link is added.

I have now switched to the Google Chrome browser and find I have no problems creating links. Also, text editing in the latest Firefox 8 is not allowing me to centre text and keeps re-aligning it to left justify. I have no choice but to use Chrome due to these issues.

Thanks for letting us know this. I do believe that Firefox 8 is a very recent release. As a result, it could be still a bit buggy. If you go back to Firefox 7, I wonder if the issues would be resolved?

I resolved this problem by removing the link in the text widget and adding a picture link to my custom widget. Thanks for all your comments.
