Thanks To Sanja and the Team as one of the problems may be fixed. All uploads and downloads still freezing with Yola however-but this is good news! Appreciated, Andrew

Hi Andrew,

It's good to hear that the problems are being addressed one by one. Hopefully we will see the rest of this issues resolved as well. Can you please share one of the files that you're trying to upload that doesn't seem to be working for you?

You were right about the overheating laptop (1 of 3 and the only one used by the I.T. guy...) but it is the other two (2) that upload and download and that are delayed.

Every time it takes at least twice to get photos and sometimes we need to reboot or return to 'my yola' and leave for a while. Surely a Yola server problem?

Hi Andrew,

We will be happy to recognize if it is a Yola server problem if we can replicate it. So far, we have been unable to and we have not received a number of complaints which indicate that the issue is on our side.

We are willing to continue sharing ideas and appreciate your cooperation in helping us determine the causes. Hopefully together we can get to the bottom of this.

I don't know if you missed my last comment asking if you can attach a file here so that we can have a look at this file? Would you be able to do this?

I also suggest trying a computer that is not within your home or workspace. This will also help with the troubleshooting process.
