Can you please try clicking on the green Publish to Web button? This will make any changes live on the Internet. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Hi Diane

Thank you for your reply but we have tried to publish the website to the internet. It is just certain things that are not showing up on the company website like titles/headings and some images. The website is wery important to us as we have a business to run and we would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Globe Team

Thanks for getting back to us.  Diane is currently offline, but I hope that I'm able to help.

If you are having trouble loading the webpage to edit it, please <a href="
"clear the cache</a> in your browser and try again.

I see the page you have linked here looks as if there is a broken image.  I would suggest removing the widget and adding it again.

Can you tell us where else on the site you are experiencing problems?

Thank you

Hello Nazlie

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please explain why on the published site we see the titles moved (No Land in Particular and Story Telling) ( and on the sitebuilder we see them being placed correctly - just bellow the images (
Besides, if we use Internet Explorer on the published site (same 2010archive) we do not see the image just above Nothing to Read Here text.
These are very big issues that impedes the editing of the website.

Another thing, we have noticed that some of the images from our image file have disappeared. We would imagine, that once uploaded they will be there unless deleted manually by us. We have deleted some of the text images recently, but not the 'picture' images. Could you explain how they have disappeared?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Globe Team,

I have had a look at the page in question and I noticed that some of the images are not the same height as the others. The image above "Story Telling" is quite a few pixels smaller than the rest of the images on that row. This could be the reason why the text fails to align.

I also loaded your site in IE8 and here's a screenshot of how it loads for me:

As you can see from the shot above, the image above "Nothing To Read Here" loads like it should, which may mean that the associated problem could be local to your machine or network.
