Need help editing the Online Store section

How many times I have come on here to find the Online Store unable to be accessed. I have a online shop and a walk in store and its riddiculous when I cant get on whenever I need to adjust stock levels.Yola really needs to get its act together it always seems they are doing maintenance in the USA nightime which of course is Australia's daytime and my time to gain access to a store that I constantly cant access.

Oh BTW I have a Gold Account and I get an email after my email to contact support saying I will be replied to in 24 hours, yea ok with an online store thats available to people 24 hrs a day do you really feel thats good enough? I dont!!

I understand your frustration. I have replied to the email you sent to support@yola.com to confirm that the Yola Online Store is not undergoing any maintenance. I have also checked the Ecwid blog, and they have not advertised any maintenance.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and response times, and I am sorry you feel we have not attended to your email timeously.

The Yola Support Team responds to Premium support requests as a priority and we do our best to answer all Premium Support requests in under 24 hours - quicker if we can manage it! I can confirm that we received your email nine hours ago, and that I responded to it a few minutes ago.

I have asked you for some more information via email, and I would like to investigate further.
