This is the site style i have always wanted.
I've used round glass but decided it didnt suit the style of my site.

http://hexham.info

Notice the banner is a link and the page is 1100px wide.

I' going to redesign the search then set it site wide.

If you like this style and would like to see it available - be heard on this thread,
It would be just a slight change to the css of a certain free style.

Thanks Monique - im sure people would like this wide basic style.

You could call it cleanslate 10' or cleanduke :)

Another big thing is the removal of all borders from images by default.

If they say it may be possible it would be great if tyhey could contact me for an ideas session.

Thanks again.

Looking good Lee, suits your website. I have also been messing around with Yola styles. Here's an example of what can be done with the 'Square Glass' style. Here is what I did with a bit of css editing:

- I pushed the banner area up further out of the content area and pulled the content area down.

- I pushed up the navigation and made it transparent.

- The blog search is the default yola one, and still works.

- Edited the look of the continue reading button to make it a bit nicer looking.

This is just a few hours editing and shows the capabilities of Yola, and Yola Pro.

I also made my own .psd style template and uploaded it to Yola for review, just waiting for a reply now!

Hi Lee,

It's all about overriding the default css stylesheet. Just take the name of the css property you what to edit and then re-create in your own css file. The web developer add-on for firefox was a great help.

psd is the file extension for a photoshop file, which some web designers use as a website template.
