Hello Susan

I was able to locate your Yola account, using your Forum e-mail address. There are two websites in your account, do your refer to your published "SS4sparkles" site? I tried to identify in your File Manager which image you wanted to add as your custom banner image. I can see two images with relatively small dimensions ("ss4sparkles.jpg" and "sparklesgallerypreview.jpg") and cropped versions of those. Did you try to add those to your banner area and increase their dimension within the banner editor? The cropped versions do contain a grey fill. Are you sure you want to use those images and magnify them with the banner editor? It will look blurry.

If this is intended, then please let me know the name of the image you'd like to edit, and I will try to add it for you.

Firstly, my appologies, Google swept you into spam so I have only just seen your mail.

I am referring to the UNpublished site which I am just starting work on, the file name is DSC_0142. I have tried reducing the size to fit within the banner but this does not make any difference.

Thanks for your time.
Susan.

Hi Susan,

I am able to see the save option in your banner editor but your resized image is not displaying. Did you edit your picture using Photoshop by chance? The problem could be that the images have a CMYK color mode attached to them which is not web friendly. Can you please try setting your color mode to RGB-16bit, upload your image again and let us know how it goes? An easy way to do this is to select "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.

Hello,
Thanks for the useful information, however the problem seems to be resolved now after changing the file names.
Many thanks for your help.
