Your website is offline because your Yola Silver hosting package expired in September. We tried to bill you on the 14th and 29th Sep, but payments didn't go through. If you would like to continue with Silver, you will need to renew manually, and then you will be opted-in to auto-renew again.
We can find out why the billing failed if you wants us to, but we will most likely only get an answer tomorrow.
In order to manually renew your Yola Silver hosting package, please follow these steps:
Log into your My Yola.
In the left-hand side menu, click on "Account".
Next to "Free package", click on "Upgrade".
You will be prompted through the steps to upgrade to a hosting package. Choose Yola Silver and proceed to Checkout.
