Hello,

I previously had a free website through Flarvors.me. During that time I created a Google analytics account so I could track the traffic on my site. When I did this my Google analytics work perfectly! Since then I deleted my flavors.me account and created a new account/website using Yola.com. I then when through all the steps to add the Google analytics to my website about 3 weeks ago and for some reason it is not tracking my site visitor’s traffic. I tried contacting Yola customer support of assistance and they gave me a form from Google on ways to trouble shoot my problem. But nothing seems to work. When I open my Google analytics account it has a green check mark in the status sections stating that it is tracking the traffic but it’s not. Can some please assist me with my problem? My URL is www.houseofbyson.com

Heya -

I see multiple analytics tags on your page- have you tried to add them multiple ways? It's possible this is confusing google.

You should only add the analytics meta-data one way...either with an html widget, or (preferable), under "site tracking" (site manager) in the header or footer area, whichever google is recommending. Remove any extra tracking code, since Google won't know what to do with it.

I hope that helps!!
