I asked that 2haveand2holdphotography.co.uk be transferred to the IPSTAG UKWEBHOSTING a few days ago via your website but nothing appears to have happened. Could someone either action this or explain what the problem is? Thanks, James.

Hi James,

We have a process set up to assist in domain transfer requests. I looked up the account information for 2haveand2holdphotography.co.uk and it does not match the login credentials you have posted here with. I was unable to find any support inquiries from the domain owner in the account history pertaining to a transfer or any other form of support. Please have the domain owner contact us at support@yola.com and we'll be happy to begin the process with her.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for your email. I will ask Sarah to email you.

Will you accept that your on-line instructions for performing a transfer away stop at the point of unlocking the domain? This has caused Sarah confusion and thus she asked for my help. There is no method of contacting yourselves from within the "My Yola" site itself beyond the use of this forum - which by the looks of things isn't actually yours anyway. I can't say I'm particularly impressed...

I cannot see how on earth I submitted the request through "My Yola" for the transfer in the first place. I remember the wording, I just can't see any links other than back to here again, nor could Sarah earlier on today. Much frustration.

Sorry to learn of your frustration James, that's not at all our intent. The requirements for transferring most domains away actually do stop at unlocking it. Unfortunately there is an additional step that must be done by us for co.uk domains. We are proud to serve our customers wherever is most convenient for them, be it phone, email, community forum, Twitter or Facebook!
