Transfer domain away from Yola

Hi,

I am wishing to transfer a domain name I purchased via Yola nearly 1 year ago (up for renewal on the 29th of this month, I have followed the instructions via this page- http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article... I have not received any codes from your domain name partner to allow transfer, can you please arrange for this to be sent to me asap? I had unlocked the domain in the past but never received the code so once again I locked and unlocked to see if anything happens, which it hasn't.

Sorry I have been away and can't seem to find the code, can you please resend? also the domain name gsmmobileshop.net has since expired, I need to re-register as it's now got a holding page, can you please advise exactly what I need to do?

Hi Ceri,

I have looked at your domain gsmmobileshop.net and see that it expired on 9/30. You will be able to renew it if you do it before 10/30.

Please follow these steps to renew your domain:
1. Log into your Yola account.
2. Click on "Domains", in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on "Renew" next to the name of your domain.
4. Follow the steps to make the payment to renew your domain.

Once you have renewed your domain, we will be able to assist you with the transfer. Thanks!

I am wanting to transfer my domain away as well and I can't seem to get a response from Yola. I really do love Yola but because of reasons for the type of work that I am doing, I need to transfer. If anyone receives this please respond.

I'm sorry to hear that we do not seem to have replied to you on your support request. Would you mind letting us know why Yola doesn't meet the needs for the type of work you are doing?

I have authorize a transfer from yola to godaddy, and I submitted everything I need at Godaddy, but now it says I have to wait till it is accepted by Yola? Does this happen automatically or is there more I have to do?
