Transfer domain/ change namservers

Hi, I no longer wish to host or operate my website gsmmobileshop.net with Yola, can you please advise me how to transfer to another host, I have set up my own hosting company now under the name websitehostuk.co.uk, if it is possible can you please change the nameservers to point to ns1.websitehostuk.co.uk and ns2.websitehostuk.co.uk as I can't see this option with the domain admin or alternatively can you please advise how to transfer out of Yola altogether?

Please reply asap as the new version of the website is created and ready to go, I need the down time to be as little as possible as this site is starting to rank well for highly sort after terms in Google and dont want a blank page to be cached during the transfer,

Hi Ceri,

There are two options when you want to move your domain away from Yola:

1) You can edit your DNS settings so that your domain points to your new provider. Depending on the host you're moving to, it would either be editing nameservers or creating an A Record. This means that you will still get a renewal reminder from us 11 months after purchase. If you choose this option, please view this tutorial: DNS for your domain purchased from Yola.

2) We can release your domain so that it is transferred to another domain registrar completely. You will receive an email with a code from us that you can give to your new domain registrar. To unlock and transfer your domain, follow the steps on this link: Transfer your domain to a new domain registrar.

Please look over both options and let me know if you struggle moving your domain to a new registrar.

Hi, thank you, have followed the tutorial and unlocked the domain, said I will receive an email with details in regards to transfer but it has been over an hour now and this has not been received, have checked both mail and junk, no sign of a email from Yola, please advise?

Hi Ceri,

Thanks for the update! The email will come from our domain partner, Tucows and it should be sent immediately. You can always log back into your account and lock and unlock your domain again to resend the email.

Please let us know if you struggle with this!

Have done this numerous times now but there is never any emails received, neither to junk or inbox, please advise, as previously expressed this is urgent,

I have manually changed your nameservers for you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the domain settings to propagate.

Let us know if you still have troubles.

What is your domain name? Did you follow the steps of our tutorial Transfer your domain to a new registrar?

At which step exactly do you experience problems?

i tryed to call few so many times nobody answer its says you open from 12 now is 12:38

Same issue except its been over a week since I sent the email with the details. I had an auto reply saying you would get back to me within 24 hours and still nothing.
