Transfer my site?

Morning. I am working with another domain host and am almost finished with the transfer. Unless you release my websites from your servers, I am unable to complete the transfer to another domain host. Also, I am unable to "copy and paste" the website I built with Yola to that other domain host. Can you help me find a common sense solution to this? I do NOT want to re-invent the wheel and build another website from scratch. Thanks

Hi,

Here's the Yola tutorial for Transferring your domain to a new registrar. This process can take a couple of weeks after initiating and is out of the losing and the winning registrars hands in that period. During that time your domain is inaccessible. You do have another option and that is to point your Yola registered domain to your new host and this is quite fast, generally a couple of hours and maximally 48 hours.

On your second need, unfortunately there is no way to copy or download a Yola built site for backup or transfer to another hosting service. This has been stopped for some time.
