Transfer of domain names

I wish to transfer three domains that I have purchased from you to another provider

Your .co.uk advice to email support@yola.com results in me getting an auto-reply email which says that my email will not be read or replied to.

This is NOT good customer service, Yola. Please contact me to sort it out.

I followed the tutorial. It tells you to email support@yola.com. when you email support@yola.com you receive an auto reply which says your email will not be read and telling you to go to the forum. I'm still waiting for someone at Yola to help me with this request, which should be straightforward!
