Transfering sites from one account to another.

I have just thought of this as i have an account registered in my company's email and, as i am the owner and the webmaster, i would like to move it to my other account where i have all the sites i make normally. i spend a lot of time jumping from one account to the other and so i thought, why not transfer the site? When i researched this, it turns out you can't. can i suggest this for the next time yola is updated? Also, is there any other way of doing it, like copying the HTML code from one site to a new site?

Thank you for your feedback Will. I will pass this onto our development team to take under consideration.

If you would like to copy HTML - I suggest opening up Notepad and then copy and paste your HTML code in there. Go to your new site, and copy and paste from Notepad into your HTML widget on your new site.

Hi, I have just bought the silver package for our not for profit web site, and now would like to transfer another seven sites that have been created and maintained on other free yola accounts to the silver package. I've just discovered that you don't do this. Do you really expect me to transfer every single page via html from one account to another? And re upload every image? You are kidding aren't you??

I think this is frankly ridiculous. Surely it is not hard to save or export the entire site, even to save the lot onto my own computer, then upload it to a new site on a different account.

When is Yola going to offer this?????

Hi Phil,

You are correct that this is not a feature we currently offer for you to do yourself but we may be able to assist you with some hep from our engineers. Did you contact support with your request? If not, please submit a request to support here with a list of the websites you want moved. You need to verify ownership of all accounts you are requesting site transfer for and we need to ask your patience during the process as it will require engineering assistance.

Hi Laura, thanks for your reply. Yes I have submitted a support request (through my wife Jodi's email), and Jen from community support has offered to arrange to have our other sites shifted. I have given her instructions with site names and login details to do this.
