TRANSFERRING MY DOMAIN AWAY FROM YOLA

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY DOMAIN MOVED TO ANOTHER HOST FOR OVER 6 MONTHS, I HAVE CONTACTED YOLA MULTIPLE TIMES BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP. I HAVE ABOUT 4 DOMAINS REGISTERED WITH YOU ON A SILVER HOSTING PACKAGE. I WANT TO MOVE ONE OF THEM www.missamazing.co.uk TO GODADDY, I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE, I HAVE NOW MADE A REQUEST VIA GODADDY TO TRASNFER THIS DOMAIN OUT FROM YOU BUT GODADDY HAS ASKED ME TO CONTACT YOU AND GET YOU TO CHANGE THE DOMAIN TAG TO GODADDY!!
CAN THIS BE DONE WITH THE SLIGHTEST OR NO HASSLE PLEASE!!!
I AM REALLY FED UP NOW!!!

Hi David

I'm sorry to hear that you have had this frustrating experience with transferring your domain.

I've had a look at the email correspondence related to that domain and see that the account associated with it is in someone else's name. Furthermore, we had requested the IPS tag for the transfer in April 2012 and our emails were never replied to, which is why we were unable to transfer the domain.

We most certainly do care and want to assist with your request. In order to complete the domain transfer, please send us an email request to support@yola.com from the login email address associated with the account.

We will then be able to process the transfer.

has the account been updated? have you received the email authorizing the change? we need this done over the weekend so we dont lose any customers
