trouble adding new webpages - HELP Req.

i can't create any new pages, when i click on the button to create new page it pops up a window with icons for webpage or blog - neither are clickable. there is a message at the top of the pop up window stating "New Page Loading..." it does not ever finish it seems. i can type in a name for the page and the page heading in the proper fields and the checkboxes seem to be functional but there is no way for me to submit the info.

I am sorry that you are having this problem!

I just checked on my side and I was able to create a new blog page and a new web page without any difficulty.

Can you tell me what browser and operating system you are using?

In the absence of a better suggestion, it might help to close the SynthaSite site builder and come back in again. If that does not help, please get back to me with the answer to the above questions.

Mac OS 10.3.9 and Firefox 2.0.0.17; Due to hardware constraints I don't think I can upgrade at this time to anything better even though I want too. I also realized that i have issues with other pop up windows for file manager - it doesn't load either.

any update, ideas or word? i really would like to get to this figured out asap. can you tell me if these bugs in your application w/my os browser combination will be fixed? do i need to make a bug fix req or something like that?

Anna, are you still unable to create a page?

I am using the same operating system as you, and Firefox 3, things seem to be working on our side.

today i was finally able to create a new page! nothing changed on my end so i am a little confused, but pleased to have the functionality. the file manager is working too. is there any way to know what the problem was/is so if i run into it again i will know what to do?

Nothing changed on our end either! I am glad it is working but I am afraid I have no way of knowing why it wasn't working for you or why it is working now. I wish I had a staightforward answer for you, but without direct access to your environment it is always tricky if there are no observable issues on our side. Thank you for persevering for so long! I really hope everything works smoothly for you now.
