We're happy to report this issue has now been cleared up. You should be able to access our website through normal channels again.

Can you please post the e-mail address which you enter for resetting your password? That'd help me to investigate.

I have two accounts with you both are related to the emails above. it is the megachaga account I am having issues with.

Ryan, are you sure there aren't any typos in the e-mail addresses you provided? I'm unable to find any records for either in our database. These e-mail addresses have never been registered with us. Even if your account had been disabled or deleted, they should still come up with that status.

Are you maybe talking about Yola Mail mailboxes? I can see that you have subscriptions for the domains chathambiotec.com and megachaga.com in the same account with us, and you added Yola Mail to chathambiotec.com (but not to megachaga.com). However, I somehow doubt that you refer to Yola Mail, since you said you had tried to reset your password and it didn't recognize your e-mail.

Your login e-mail address to this account with your two domains is c**@g****repair.com (asterisks to protect your privacy). Please use this e-mail address to log in, and, if needed, to reset your password.

Hi, thanks for helping me post a webpage online. I was able to make a webpage quickly and easily.


Here's my issue currently. my.yola.com not displaying correctly:


Some areas of the Yola site are not displaying correctly; instead of the graphical layout, it only displays a list of links with no formatting. This means I'm no longer able to use SiteBuilder.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. Please follow the trouble-shooting steps of this tutorial: My site won't load in the Sitebuilder.
If you still have problems afterwards, please let us know.

Thanks for the assistance. Actually sometimes it's working and sometimes not. I could take a screenshot to show exactly what I mean -- but, for now, instead I'll just wait until a little later and, hopefully it'll work again. I really appreciate the site and its features. It's not that bad that sometimes it's inaccessible, but at least my webpage has been online with no downtime ever since it was published! :D

Actually SiteBuilder is working fine, I just had to use my iPhone instead of my computer. (GJ apple.)

Thank you for your update! I wanted to inform you that mobile phones and tablets are not fully compatible with our Sitebuilder and that you will no doubt run into issues later.

When editing your site you would need to use either a PC or Mac computer or laptop. For the best user experience, Yola recommends Chrome or Firefox.

If you are currently experiencing issues with editing your site in the Sitebuilder while using your computer then could you please try clearing your browsers cache and then trying again. Take a look at this link on clearing your browser's cache: clearing cache.

If you are still having trouble loading or editing your site then would you please provide us with more information by clicking this link - http://supportdetails.com/ and then forwarding us the information to support@yola.com.


Please let me know if you still experiencing this issue even after trying my above suggestions.
