Trouble with domain name

Tried to set-up my existing domain name "theatretalks.com" to Yola. Entering the domain in the url bar I now get a Yola site saying "your domain is pointing to Yola" and to publish. So I go to publish and get "Your domain is not pointed at Yola." Tried contacting help and I'm told "you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix." So what is the purpose of the Yola site telling me that my domain is pointed to Yola. If I put "theatretalks.com" in the url bar and it contacts to Yola--what does that mean?

Hello CezarD,

It appears that you have 2 sets of A records. One set is pointing to 205.178.189.129 and the other set is pointing to: 184.72.229.176. Please remove the first set of A records.

Please also keep in mind that in order to use the domain pointing feature, you do need to have a Yola Silver account.

I have gone into my account with NameSecure it shows two A records with 184.72.229.176. Don't understand the other set of numbers. And I do have a Yola Silver Account purchased on Monday. This is the first time in about a decade that Theatre Talks does not have a web presence. I would like to correct this as soon as possible. For various reason I decided to move to a new web host. After trying a few, I settled on Yola. Everything has been fine until now. Suppose I forward my domain to the Yola sub-domain? I have also contacted NameSecure.

Yes Sanja, It is up! Sorry if I appeared to be a bit pushy but was under a lot of pressure to rebuild the theatretalks site at a new web host with the minimum amount of downtime. It really looks nice and a great improvement over the old. Looking forward to working with Yola in the future.
