I am using publisher 2007 for some graphics and saving them as jpegs for my website. www.canungranews.com however once it is downloaded to yola the graphics look great however any text writing is very unclear. Could someone please help?
I'm guessing it's the hotel ad at the bottom, and the "advertise here",
I would just build it online with text widgets and place the photo in a photo widget. give the ad a link also if you want. anything that you design within yola will always be sharper then any .jpg imported. I have publisher, yet I only opened it today for the first time to see if you could control your resolution settings. hated it.
a couple helpers:
you'll find placing 2 column widgets within another 2 column widget is handy for getting several little text / image areas. also - blank text widgets make good spacers.
You can also use a text widget within a 2 column widget and squeeze a line of text with the center bar of said 2 column widget to force it to stack, with out the wide, over spacing associated with hitting the enter key to break a line in the site builder... you'll want to use this to build the "your ad here" part... it's home-made line space reduction.
I would venture to say, when you get used to building in the site builder, you'll never open publisher again.
