Trying to connect to private chat but it keeps on showing an internal error. Who can I call to help me fix my problem?

I am having some login/account problems and I would like to discuss them with a Yola representative. However I have tried the support private chat option several times yet it does not go through.

Oh and the whole reason this occurred is because I have been trying to contact support. Sorry if I didn't make that clear earlier. Thank you.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies to resolve any of the problems you're experiencing?

Otherwise, what you report about the error message on submitting a Support form is a known issue, and we're looking into it. Please use support@yola.com and e-mail from your login e-mail address to send us your login query. Thank you.
