Tutorial Link is Not Being Directed to the Correct Page

I went to click the link and the wrong page loaded (see below):

I tried to ckick this link:


I was transfered here. I then click the "Promotion, SEO, Analyzing Traffic & Advertising" link:


I was brought here again to the same page:


I have see this happen alot when I attempt to view Yola Tutorials. Thanks for your help.

Hi there Bob,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the tutorials. I did check out the tutorial page in your screen shots, and was able to navigate to it. Can you tell me if you are seeing this with any other tutorial links right now, or if this is just something intermittent you see.

Can you possibly try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser to see if that might make a difference. Please let us know how this goes for you.

I cleared my browser history. I then attempted going to the same Tutorial with no luck; the same thing happened. I tried a different link, FAQ's, but that did the same thing. I seem to repeatedly return to the page I started on. See below for Screen Prints:

I usually start here on this page. Here, I clicked FAQ's:


I then click, "Yola Support: The Help you Need, Whenever You Need It!":


Then I'm brought back to the first page I started at:


Alternately, instead of being returned to the page I started, I have also been sent to a page that looks similar to a "404 Error" page. It says something to the effect of not being able to redirect me correctly to the correct site. I tried to duplicate the issue and get a screen shot, but wasn't able to make it happen a zillionth time + 1 :)

I'm out of time for today. I'll check out your response tomorrow. Thanks again Emmy.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for providing those screen shots. I am still not able to replicate this, can you try from another browser, and also let me know what browser you are currently using.

Hello Emmy,

Thanks for your help. I seem to have figured out the problem and I wanted to share it wil the group so others with this issue could move past it as well.

I started to diagnose the problem by repeating my steps from a different page this time. I started at:

http://forum.yola.com/yola


I then clicked on the "Yola: Tutorial" link:


I then saw this page:

I read the page which stated in part, "This page isn't redirecting properly" and "This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Now, I use Firefox 3.6 and I don't have blocks enabled for cookies and I searched in Forfox's help section for answers. I found a topic titles "Websites say cookies are blocked" (located at: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/W... ) and followed their instructions.

From their I was able to refresh the "This page isn't redirecting properly" link:



and it worked from there:







Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!
