twitter & fb posting problem

Hi i am having problems when trying to post updates to my site via twitter and fb all i get is the loading circle going round and round, does anybody have any ideas what is wrong? Thanks

Hi yes i still have the problem after updating my site i can not post it on fb or twitter it just seems to go blank, yet the fb and twitter buttons work on my site fine, I use internet explorer 8 i think and windows 7 if that helps at all. Thankyou

Hi Michelle

That sounds really frustrating. We would like to trouble shoot this some more. Can you please try using a different browser, such as Internet Explorer or Chrome, and seeing if you get the same results?

ok im not sure how to change browser and i am using internet explorer already.

Hello Michelle,

There is a current issue with posting to your FB wall using IE. You can download a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Please give one of those two browsers a try and let us know if you still have troubles with this.
