I have not authorized a payment. This is a free account. My website has disappeared and you have neither replied to my inquiry about this nor have you e-mailed me in order to alert me of this un-authorized payment deduction.
I have checked the Yola account associated with the e-mail address you use for this forum. It's a Yola Free account, and it has website which hasn't been published. No payments have been made or deducted from us in this account. Do you have multiple accounts with Yola and refer to another one maybe?
