Hello markyboy,

This sounds as if there may be some invalid code on your page causing this loop. The two most common causes are an unclosed tag or text pasted from a proprietary source with their formatting code attached.

Since you can't open your index page your only option is to send an email to support@yola.com

There is certainly no guarantee that they can fix this but they have the best chance. If they can't fix this then your solution is to rebuild your site. Here's hoping!

It is always the best practice to introduce new code into a test page or site before placing it on your active site. This way crashes are much less likely to happen.

Hi There
I had already sent details to support but still waiting for a reply
Is it possible that my website could be just be rbuilt anyway because everything is backed up.

Best regards

It is backed up for disaster.
Not accessible for individual rebuilds though unfortunately. I'm hoping that they can get into it from the backdoor and it's not too complex a task. Sometimes the bad code actually appears to go viral within a page or the damage is so widespread that their time isn't available for such involved fixes.

Hello markyboy

I logged into your account, and I'm afraid I have the same problem as you described above. it will definitely have somehting to do with the code you added, so we strongly recommend to be very, very careful when you add code, esp. in the Site CSS. Code should only be added by people who knwo HTML/CSS very well.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to restore your site, and that you'll need to rebuild it from scratch.
