I am unable to edit widgets after I drag and drop them into the web page. I can edit them when they are first dropped but if I want to go back and re-edit either nothing happens or the last widget edited opens up no matter which one I click to edit. Cannot edit existing widgets either.

Hello Kirstie

I have checked your Yola account and wasn't able to replicate. Every widget was working fine for me.

Please try logging out of your Yola account and then clear your browser's cache. Check your Yola account in a different browser and on a different computer. Sometimes it's just a temporary glitch that causes problems like that.

Please keep us posted if the problem should persist.

Logged out, cleared cache and cookies etc, restarted pc. Logged back in. Returned to index page on www.somethingnewaccessories.yolasite.com, clicked edit on several widgets, nothing happens. Title bars dont light up (highlight). Unable to resize column dividers. Lost a whole page of work. I give up...

Don't give up Kristie, I'm sure we can help! Do you have any text copied and pasted from a rich text word processor such as MS Word bu chance? If so, that can also break your page. For a complete list of troubleshooting tips please see this tutorial.

Let us know how it goes!

Gave up and went to bed. Logged back in in the morning and all is how it should be. All widgets can be edited, resized and moved. Computer must have needed a cleep too.

Glad to hear you were able to get back in, but Gop is correct, you need to strip out the "MSO" code or you will continue to experience issues with both your published site and your Sitebuilder.

Kirstie I think you have some MS Word text on your page?

If so this is probably the reason for the stalling. It would be best to remove this immediately. It looks (?) to be associated with various fonts marked with a prefix "mso-"

Rich formatted text is incompatible with all site building software and it can throw up a problem immediately or a delayed issue even on another page. You need to strip out the RTF by Copying your text from the source, Pasting it into Notepad or similar then copying it again from Notepad and pasting into your destination.
