I am trying to cancel my online store subscription (which I cannot do from my account - I only have the option to "renew"), and every support request I have sent has bounced back to me with a standard response that Yola does not have the time to respond to all emails. It stated that if I am a subscription holder, I emailed from an unknown account so that is why I got the auto-reply. I submitted the form twice from both email accounts I have (one is the Yola Mail email attached to my domain registered with Yola!!). I do not know what else to do. I am a Silver account holder and have been for a number of months, so I am not really impressed. Please help. I need to close my store, and I do not wish to continue paying for a service I do not need.
