Hi Q45,

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. Are you using the link editor to link your text?

We have checked it out and the link editor is working at our end. Could you log out, and then restart your browser, log in and try again please? Could you also let us know what style (template) and browser (eg FireFox, Internet explorer) and operating system you are using so that we can try and replicate this problem in the exact environment that you have.

Sorry I don't have a quick fix, but I do want to help you get to the bottom of the problem quickly.

I am also having a problem turning text into a hyperlink but am having good luck with everything else! I am working with the Midnight Template and have IE 7.0 with Win XP Home Edition Service Pack 2.

After I type the text, I highlight it and then click the insert link icon. I next put in the external URL on the link editor, click OK and both save and preview or try to also refresh the page and after doing it both ways still no webpage appears when clicking on the link.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Russell - can you post your URL of the page with the link so that we can take a look?

Hello Marije, I did not know to publish the site first to see if the links were working but when I published it, the links did work!

For the above type of template, does it allow me to simply center text at the top of a paragraph after I highlight it and then click on the center icon?

I have tried a few times with no luck. Would I have to paste in text from the clipboard to get the text centered using this template?

Thanks again,

Hi Russell. It seems that this is a bug with the specific style in IE. We will need to fix this. In the meantime please try either a different style or a different browser, and you should be able to center your text. I apologize for the inconvenience.
