Yola Online Store will not load in Safari

I have paid for my online store and is activated but onnce I go to online store and then press blue add product button ,will not load up and allow me to proceed further.can anyone help

I'm not quite sure where you are in the navigation? Is it this page that is bombing out? And if so which button are you addressing?

yes it is .I click online store then click on blue addproduct but it keeps searching to load data

Blue Add Product? Some confusion there I think. The Blue button is to take you back to your sitebuilder.
Try the red button at the bottom of the page

thanks for your help. tried on my windows using firefox no probs. wont load on apple computer using safari.

Hello Tony,

Glad that you are getting further with this.

The Apple/Safari issue needs to be looked at as it's a common browser-combination. Would you mind clearing the cache of your Safari browser and see if this helps. It would be of benefit if you can report the outcome back here. If this doesn't work then it will be addressed by the Yola people I'm sure.

This problem is on our engineers' list, and they will address it soon. Please use a different browser that Yola supports in the meantime, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Thank you for your understanding.
