I am trying to pay my annual Bronze Yola subscription but the website is not accepting my VISA debit card details!

Hi Simon,

The email address you used for this forum does not have a Yola account associated with it. That said, debit cards often do not support address verification security (AVS) which is required for security purposes on our website. If you have another credit card, please try that.

If you do not, you can submit a request to support here with your account email or domain so our Payments team can investigate the error messages you are receiving.
