unable to recieve my busniess emails

hi my email account went down yesturday and i cannot connect ive tried to change password but the change button will not activate, im loosing business emails when this is down please please help

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to access your email and I would like to try and help you gain access again - could you post your email login to your Yola account or your domain name so that I can investigate further?
