Unable to renew my domain with Yola

Hi, I am trying to renew my domain and when I click on the renew button, I just get an error page that says '{u'domain_renewal_tld_error': u'Submitted domain name (abbeystreetresidents.co.uk) does not match product (sku=10000084) tld (co)', 'error': u'domain_renewal_tld_error'}'.

My domain is 'abbeystreetresidents.co.uk', can someone contact me asap by email to help me resolve this?

Hello Natalie

Sorry to hear you're having this problem. It looks like the link in the domain renewal email is not working.

To renew your domain, please log into Yola and do it from there. This tutorial may be helpful to you: Renew the domain you purchased from Yola.

Hi, I'm afraid this doesn't work. I was trying to renew through the site. If I log on to Yola and click on any one of the places where you can renew, I get the same error message. You can recreate it yourself by doing the same. Please help me to resolve this.

Hi Natalie,

I was able to replicate the error message that you are receiving, and I have escalated your query to our engineers to investigate. I see that your domain is only due for renewal in Jan 2012 so we have a bit of time to resolve this issue.

As soon as we receive an update we will let you know. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
