URGENT!!!!!!!!!

I did some updates last evening on a site that I maintain for a local client, and then was not able to republish the site. I've clicked Publish numerous times, it spins like it's going through the process, then just goes right back to the editing screen. I've tried this on several browsers, cleared my cashe and history, etc., and still nothing. When I go to the site itself, the updates are not there.

As a last resort, I just unpublished the site with the idea of immediately republishing it to see if that would work. HUGE mistake!!!! Now it won't republish at all! It dawned on me immediately that when I built this site two years ago, Yola did not require a paid hosting package in order to publish your site to a domain you already owned. All you had to do was to purchase a premium template, which my client did. We've been "grandfathered" in since then. But now that I've unpublished the site, it won't let me re-publish it to that same domain. It's requiring me to upgrade to a paid hosting package, which my client MAY be willing to do. However, the person who would handle that is out of the office and unreachable the rest of this week. HUGE problem, as now there is no public website!
The site was published at http://palmaceiaumc.org. For now, I will just have to re-publish it temporarily at palmaceiaumc.yolasite.com, but that won't really do anybody much good, since nobody except myself has that address.

Until I get things worked out with the client to see if they would be willing to upgrade at least to a Silver package, they have no website! I'm wondering if there is any way we can get this thing republished again under the domain they own, considering they were grandfathered in under the old plan. Otherwise, I'm in deep doo doo!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Additional problem!!!! Just as a temporary fix, I decided I would just publish the site to palmaceiaumc.yolasite.com and the client can post temporarily on their Facebook page. Guess what! The site will not publish there either!!!! It just keeps taking me back to the "Publish your site" page! This is absolutely urgent!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Hello Dolphin Steve

Can you please confirm for me about which Yola account you are talking? Please provide your login e-mail address (not your password) or another URL to which you published, so that I can find your account in our system.

Once found, I'm happy to give you a one-month's comp of Yola Bronze (or Yola Silver if you used a Premium Style) to enable you to immediately republish your website.

Please note that once a legacy user unpublishes a website, it cannot be republished under the old conditions, and an upgrade to one of our hosting packages will be required. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Stefan -

The login for this particular account is julie.brown@palmaceiaumc.org. The site was previously published to http://palmaceiaumc.org.

I appreciate the offer for the one-month comp. Yes, it was a Premium Style that we used. My question would be what will happen after the one month if, while we're on the comped Silver package, we republish the site to their domain?

The ONLY reason I unpublished the site in the first place is because of the issue I'm having with publishing it all, and I was just trying an alternative solution by unpublishing and the republishing right away to see if that would work. It didn't. I simply did some updates and tried to publish it as usual, and got nothing. Now I can't even publish it to a free Yola subdomain. I'm not having this issue with my other sites.

Thanks -
Steve

Hi Steve,

We are currently experiencing a problem which is not allowing you to publish your site because you are using a Yola Premium style. The Premium styles are only available on Yola Silver, but you purchased one in the past when they were available as a stand alone product and should still be able to publish your site. Our engineers have been notified about the problem and are working to fix it.

In the meantime, I have given you a one month complimentary Yola Silver package so that your site can be published. Apologies for the inconvenience, please let us know if you have any further problems.

Thanks Laura! I appreciate that. I will be talking to my client about upgrading to a hosting package. I imagine they'll go with the Bronze, as that should meet their needs. I appreciate you help on this!
