Unable to update or view

My website does not display nor can I update them. I get the error message there is a problem.

i am having this problem as well http://jjcomputerservices.synthasite.com does anyone know how long it will take before this is working again?

All I can tell you is that our guys are working as fast as they possibly can. I can't tell you when it will be fixed, but I can promise to let you know as soon as it is, or as soon as I have any more definite news.

Wow Layla - you beat me to it! Yes, everything is back to normal. You can now publish, update or view your published site. Round of applause for our engineers - they made short work of this. But we are sorry that it happened at all and will do all we can to ensure that it does not happen again.

Hi Limo,

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem.

When the save button is not active ("greyed out") this is an indication that all your latest changes have already been saved. If there is any unsaved information you will be prompted to save before taking actions such as changing styles, creating a new page, navigating to a different page on your site, previewing, publishing or exiting the program. If you are at all unsure that your work has been saved, these prompts will help you make sure that you don't lose your work.

If the button is not greyed out and you can't save your work please do the following:

* Check that you are still connected to the internet.
* Try logging out and logging back in again.
* Do you get an error message when you try to save? If so, please email support@synthasite.com and tell us about it

Im having what i think may be the same problem but im not sure cause its not fixed but i recieve the error message "page _____ no longer exists" and then when i go to add a page it says "site no longer exist"

Hi Anthony,

You are having a different problem to this one, but it is a bug on our side. We expect to release a fix for it very soon, and we apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime if you could log out of your site and then log back in, that should fix the problem.

Hi Umer,

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Please could you check the following:

1. Logout of Yola, restart your browser and login again.
2. Try using Yola in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
3. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
4. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear Cache
5. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies
6. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript
7. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

If none of these suggestions solves your problem, please could you let me know what browser you are using (eg. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3 etc).
