Unable to upgrade to silver

Hi I'm getting this error message when I try to upgrade my account {'channel_error': u'Basket started with product (sku=40000062,type=gxbo_silver_bundle) not compatible with this channel (name=myyola_get_silver,allowed_types=silver_bundle)', 'error': 'channel_error'} I really need it back online asap. Thanks
