Unable to utilize widgets and other features..

The widgets have quit allowing me to add them to my site. I am unable to make changes to my site.. I can access the pages in my dashboard but cannot utilize any of the features. I emailed support yesterday.. but no response..

I have switched to Google Chrome and the problem has resolved itself. IE is still a problem and a fix is required.. Sorry that I never received a reply to either this post or an email sent to Support Thursday.. and I'm a silver member... I think that may deserve a fix as well.....

I am very sorry for the lack of response to your email. I searched our helpdesk for the email associated with your Yola account and we do not appear to have received anything. Did you perhaps use a different email address?

Regarding the problem you are experiencing: We are aware of it and working on a fix as a matter of urgency. In the meantime I am pleased to hear that using Chrome resolved the problem. We will update you once we have a fix for IE.

Hi Monique.. thanks for the reply. I sent the email from the support section of my hosting account/dashboard. Filled in a web form... Glad to know Yola is working on the problem. Also, I tried to call the support number and received a recording telling me to leave a voicemail and someone would reply back within 24 hrs. (around 1pm eastern time) .. I was a little disappointed that phone support wasn't available either, especially after that was one of the reasons I purchased the silver package.. JMHO..

I'm sorry that you haven't recceived a phone call from us yet, Rick. If you still need assistance with anything at the moment, would you like us to call you? We could then find out where your voice mail message went and call you back.

As long as I use Google Chrome it's OK.. I didn't leave a voice mail when that was the only option presented to me. For some reason.. I assumed I would be able to call and speak with someone the same day.. Thanks for getting back with me..
