Hi G robbings,

Are you referring to showercareltd.yolasite.com? If so, it is loading for me. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

If you are struggling to load it on your end, I suggest checking it on Down for everyone or just me. This can help to determine if you are experiencing an issue local to your system set up or if there is truly an issue with your website.

If you are referring to a different site, or accessing your website in the Sitebuilder, please reply with your website and more information about the problem you are experiencing. We'll do our best to help.

Hi thanks for reply, that is the correct site, Ive cleared the cache abd tried from other computers (on the same wi fi network) and still can't see it. Other web sites seem ok. When google message says "Ooops cant connect to www.showercareltd.yolasite.com I try the google cache version and eventually that appears (dated 30.1.12.)

This is tricky as we can't detect any issue with the site from our end. As Laura has suggested, could you visit this site please: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/. Type in the URL of your site and let us know the result. This will tell us if the problem is local to your network or more widespread.

Ive tried all the suggestions cleared cache etc. Tried the down for everyone link and it says just me. Cant understand how I cant get it on other computers as well though. Ive seen other threads where people have contacted ISP to correct fault, what can they do to create/remedy this problem?

That depends on what the problem is. While I realize it's frustrating that you can't access it, it is rather good news that your website is functioning as it should be. I suggest contacting your internet service provider or a computer technician to take a look at your set up as we have isolated the problem to your specific system.
