Hi, my Visa card was charged $49.95 without my authorization on 04/27/2013. I NEVER authorize automatic payments from my account.
The last time my account was to expire, I was sent a message and I renewed it online myself. The website is deryckcampbell.com.
Please refund this amount back ASAP.
I have notified my bank about this unauthorized debit and it will be reviewed.
Please DO NOT do any transactions from my account again without my permission.

Hello Ann

Yola never charges customers without their consent. When you purchase a Yola subscription package, you agree to be opted into auto-renewal on check-out. Manual renewal is a transitional exception, but all future renewals will be auto-renewals. We decided to introduce this in order to avoid our customers' domains and packages to expire inadvertently, which happened a lot in the past. With Yola you can cancel auto-renewal at any time if you send us your request via e-mail.

To run your domain with Yola, you will need to have a hosting package with us, at least Yola Bronze (which you were charged for). If you don't renew, your website will go offline and you will only be able to use your Yola account as a Yola Free account with its limits.

If you'd still like to get a refund for the hosting package renewal, please send us your request via our Contact Support Form as we can process account-related requests via e-mail only.
