Hi my Amex card was charged on the 1st of September from you guys. I never authorized this and have no idea what that was for. Please advise and action a refund immediately. I also cannot reach any customer service in Australia about this matter.
When you purchase Yola products like a custom domain or a hosting package, you will be opted into auto-renewal for your convenience about which you are informed on the Payment Screen on Check-out. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time on your My Yola dashboard in the Domain and Account section.
Can you please provide your domain name for us to be able to track your Yola account in our system? We'll then be happy to refund you. Please note that you will lose your custom domain if you don't renew, and that your Yola account will be downgraded to a Yola Free account if you don't renew your hosting package.
