Do you by any chance know if there is a problem with Yola mail again which is causing the "Unhandled Error" message?

I experienced problems when you had the major outage, and I'm concerned that it's going to happen again. My email is becoming slower with many messages saying it couldn't do what it was doing (can't remember the wording, but it occurred, for example, when trying to send a message or it was checking for new emails), and now logging in I get the occasional "Unhandled Error".

FYI, I am using Yola on our own domain but since I'm an employee I don't have specific details I can give other than the URL - directgb.com .

We have received a notification form our email partner that they were working on an intermittent problem with the email service. They have resolved this now, so can you please re-try accessing / sending your email.

Just to let you know, it does actually keep happening still. Was too slow so reloaded and tried to log back in and got the "Unhandled Error" again.

I'm afraid to tell you that the problems our e-mail service provider was experiencing have re-ocurred. They're busy working on sorting it out. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you. We will keep you updated on this thread.

is showing up everytime I try to log into my emails this is the second time this week that there has been problems with email

Our mail service provider is still working on this problem and we will be sure to update you all here as we learn more.

I know these email problems are out of Yola's hands, but this is the second time in barely a week's time that this has happened. I'm running a business, and this is affecting it, which will soon start affecting Yola's business and reputation if this continues to happen.

So long as the emails that haven't been delivered whilst this outage has been happening get delivered at some point like they did after the other week's outage, we'll all be (reasonably) fine... It's just so bloomin' frustrating in the meantime!

I can get in too! Just can't get any of the emails I've sent to myself from an alternative address :p (or any other new ones for that matter!)

Yes, you are right - I just sent an email to Yola mail address from another email address and it hasn't come through.....

Yesterday I experienced a problem with my webmail, I was unable to sign into my webmail a couple of times and received an error. I waited and tried again a few times and was able to retrieve my emails. Just now I tried to sign in and I'm unable to again. This is the error message I receive :
Authentication failed. Invalid credentials
I have experienced issues similar to this in the past and I'm not happy. The last time I couldn't retrieve my emails for 1 day, I understand these type of glitches occur, but it happned before not too long ago and prior to that aswell.
It's very important that I'm able to log into my webmail.

We agree that access to your email is crucial and apologize for the problem our email provider had that impacted you yesterday. They assure us they are taking steps to prevent this from reoccurring in the future.

Looking at a few bounced emails that are coming back to me that I sent from an alternate email address to the Yola one, do you know the proportion of emails that were bounced during the outage as opposed to those that merely had a delayed delivery? Was there a period of time where all emails were bounced instead of being queued for delayed delivery?
