I am trying to access my Yola mail and receiving a 'unhandled error' message - any ideas? This is a business email address so need access asap.

Hi there,
Just letting you know I had the same error this afternoon, was fine this morning. Tried logging in about 10 minutes ago and received the same error:
'Unhandled error - contact administrator'
I tried sending an email from my blackberry but it failed. It is however now working!

Same with me......I am getting the same error right now. I got it yesterday and then it stopped and now I am getting it again.

Hello please can someone tell me what is going on i tried to login my yola webmail and it tried signing me and and stop and show me this message Unhandled error. Contact system administrator please can someone tell me what to do this is really frustrating and i got lot of stuff on that mail is it going to come up back.someone please answer me.

We're so sorry for the problem you are experiencing accessing your Yola Mail accounts.
Our mail service provider is aware of the problem and they are working on resolving it right now. We will continue to update you as we learn more.
This is our must recent update from them:
"We're experiencing issues with Email Cluster B. At this point some users will experience issues logging in (IMAP, POP and Webmail) and general slowness. Email flow is also affected causing delays in delivery of mail."
We realize how vital email is to your businesses and we will let you know as soon as it is resolved or when we have more information.

Maybe I should call your third party mail service provider....they may understand the urgency a bit more.....still waiting. It has been over 4 hours now.
Are there any stop gap measures......???? Switch me to cluster A??? Frustrated in NJ.

yola will lose custom over this, 2 seperate mess ups in short succession both completely messing our email up,

All of a sudden I am getting the message that my username or password is incorrect for my yola mail account, however, I have not changed it so do not understand this message. I now cannot currently view my emails! HELP please!!!

Just an FYI to everyone, I am able to access and reply to emails on my iPhone just not on my computer. If you have a smart phone see if you can get to your emails on there until it's fixed.

* Approximately 33% of users have no access to email via any method (IMAP, POP or Webmail).
* The remaining approximately 66% of users have access to email via any method, but may experience occasional slowness and delays in mail delivery.
We'll have further updates as things change or within about an hour.

Same problem, no access from any method. Although others on the same domain can still access their mail!

I'm locked out of my e-mail account. The message reads. "Unhandled error. Contact system administrator". Prior to this occurring I was able to draft an e-mail. When I attempted to save and send the e-mail, the system wouldn't do either. Can anyone help?

I accept your apology. Aside from this, the technical difficulties you are receiving do not help me respond to time sensitive e-mail communications. Seems like the technical difficulties has been happening for some time which is very frustrating.
